The patio has been painted and vinyl latice panels have been added from the beam toward the house to offer a shaded covered front porch.

The entire patio has been replaced and disposed of.  It now features an 8”x10” beam sitting on top of routed 4x4 posts, with raised cement footings..

Displayed is a heavily damaged patio attached to the front entrance of a house. The first three photographs show the project prior to new construction.
